About Me

Mxkly (mix-lee) is a creative alias for My Kim Dao, a multidisciplinary designer and illustrator from Buffalo, NY. She recently graduated with a B.F.A in Graphic Design at Buffalo State University on May 2026.

Her work explores the intersection of storytelling, character design, world-building, and blending different aesthetics into immersive visual narratives. She works across both digital and physical mediums, moving between Blender, Procreate, ink, and film photography depending on what each piece calls for.
